While I love sushi, eating my fill of California rolls often costs more than filling my gas tank. For ever-ravenous foodies, it’s not cost-efficient eating.
But I’d happily go broke eating sushi master Handy Ho’s creations at Eight Sushi Lounge. While some sushi needs to be soaked in soy sauce to bring out the taste, this Westside restaurant’s offerings come loaded with rich flavor profiles and memorable presentations.
Plus, the atmosphere exudes modernity without sacrificing Eastern charm, the wait staff is energetic and attentive, and the lounge features a 20-item sake menu and Japanese-inspired craft cocktails.
