Atlanta’s Best Fried Chicken

by admin

While I don’t indulge too often, fried chicken is one of my guilty pleasures and fortunately in Atlanta, the skillets are always sizzling with a fresh batch.

I love Watershed on Peachtree’s (pictured) as it is most like my mother’s, but it’s only available Wednesday nights. Order it any time at The Colonnade and you’ll be served a massive portion, perfect for leftovers.

At JCT Kitchen, they brine their popular fried chicken for 12 hours and toss it in a paper bag with seasoned flour. South City Kitchen Midtown serves up buttermilk fried chicken with birds from Springer Mountain Farms.
