Close out summer with some Labor Day fun

The end of summer is near, with Labor Day just around the corner. Make plans with friends and family for one last summer fun-filled weekend.

The largest multimedia culture convention Dragon Con returns Sept. 2-6. If you love fiction and fantasy, gaming, comics, literature, art, music and film, make sure to mark your calendar.

The Hot Air Balloons at Callaway Gardens takes place Sept. 3-5 with a Hot Air Balloon Glow, where balloons illuminate Robin Lake Beach and fireworks follow nightly.

And just for the kids, TinyCON at Children’s Museum of Atlanta, the fifth annual two-day celebration, returns Sept. 4-5!
