One of the best art festivals in the nation returns on Saturday, Aug. 17, and Sunday, Aug. 18. The Piedmont Park Arts Festival is an outdoor event celebrating visual artists, while also including some family fun.
The festival will bring together 250 artists in areas of painting, photography, sculpting, leather and metalwork, glass blowing, jewelry and crafting. Families can enjoy delicious festival bites and beverages, live music, a children’s play area and live artist demonstrations.
There is no cost to attend the festival, which starts at 10AM on Saturday and 11AM on Sunday. The festivities end at 5PM both days.
