The best thing about Galentine’s Day? It was created by Leslie Knope of “Parks and Recreation.” In the show, Leslie creates the celebration that falls annually on Feb. 13 and decides that the festivities should take place in the form of that which has brought women together for decades: a long and boozy brunch.
