Each year the NFL honors a player who exemplifies outstanding character and leadership in the home, on the field and in the community. Calais Campbell of the Jacksonville Jaguars is the winner of the 2019 Athletes in Action/Bart Starr Award.
During his 11 years in the NFL, Calais counts his work in the community as his most cherished achievement.
The award, voted on by fellow players, will be presented on Feb. 2 during the 2019 Super Bowl Breakfast at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. Featured speakers include Tony Dungy, Dan Reeves and Anthony Munoz. Tickets begin at $200 per person.
