In a time when the world could use a little positivity, it’s great to see your city unite for one purpose: to celebrate equality. Now in its 48th year, the Atlanta Pride Festival returns Oct. 12–14 as the Southeast’s largest Pride festival.
As festival-goers from all over gather in Piedmont Park for a weekend of celebration, musical performances, a Pride market and more, they’ll want to fuel up for three days of nonstop fun. Within walking distance of the park are a few of my go-tos including Varuni Napoli (all the carbs, please) and The Lawrence.
