One of my favorite YouTube videos shows a toddler experiencing the bliss of “baaaacon” for the first time.
I can indulge my love of that salty, delicious cured meat at Dad’s Garage Theatre Company’s BaconFest 2018 on March 31. An event for “Gluttons Only,” BaconFest promises bottomless bacon and unlimited beer along with cheeky activities like hobo wine tasting, terrible caricature drawing and naughty face painting.
Tickets for the adults-only event are $45-$50 now through March 30 and $55 the day of the event. All proceeds benefit Dad’s Garage, a nonprofit theater company in the Old Fourth Ward.
