Transitioning from parent to home-school teacher is a new task that many were not prepared for. As parents continue to do their best to keep up the pace academically for their children, Georgia Power has extended its services to help.

The Learning Power app was launched to deliver hands-on, STEM-based energy and efficiency lessons for children of all ages. The app teaches school-aged children how to build a cooled-down clubhouse, harness solar power, differentiate between kinetic energy and potential energy, identify simple machines and so much more.

Parents can download the free app from the Apple Store and Google Play.
