With the Georgia Music Investment Act going into effect this year, Georgia Music Partners continues nationwide support of the industry-changing act by promoting job growth and collaboration with local academic programs.

Reported by Billboard, Atlanta is expected to see an increase of music industry jobs thanks to the new Act and incentives including a 15% refundable tax credit for musical recordings, touring and rehearsing gigs.

With several Atlanta artists topping charts, Georgia’s Music Investment Act could result in more hits from local recording studios. Will the Grammys make its way to Atlanta next? Let’s see where this journey leads!
