As I recently missed out on one of my favorite artists performing at Variety Playhouse, Father John Misty, due to my lack of initiative to buy tickets before it sold out, I’ve come to appreciate Atlanta’s music scene is becoming more vibrant and shows are more likely to sell out.
This week, Variety Playhouse announced Freddy Jones Band, Richard Thompson Trio and B-52’s Kate Pierson tickets go on sale Friday.
You can catch me at Death Cab for Cutie (at The Fox) on Monday and Toro Y Moi May 14. Tickets are available for both shows – but not for long.
