Puppetry Arts Expands

by The 100 Companies

Since Kermit the Frog and Jim Henson cut the ribbon for the Center for Puppetry Arts in 1978, millions of visitors have enjoyed its performances. Now, New South Construction is pulling some strings to renovate the building, a former elementary school.

The 15,000-square-foot renovation will feature a new museum for the Global Collection and the Jim Henson Collection, with the largest assemblage of Jim Henson puppets in the world.

The $2.4 million renovation project is set to open in 2015, and it still needs your help! Donate to the Believe in Make Believe campaign to help keep the magic alive.
