Hotel restaurants can face a challenge attracting locals. That doesn’t seem to be the case for Fia Restaurant inside The Burgess Hotel, a new boutique hotel in Buckhead. My Facebook and Instagram feeds are full of friends eating here and having a drink at Mr. B Bar.
