Pink paradise returns to Macon

by sally@the100companies.com

Each spring, one of the biggest celebrations in the South returns to Macon, transforming the southern city into a pink paradise for 10 days, from March 22-31.

Known as the “Cherry Blossom Capital of the World,” Macon will host the 38th annual International Cherry Blossom Festival in honor of the full blooms.

The pink party kicks off with an opening ceremony in Central City Park followed by festivities including lantern light tours, a parade, live music, wiener dog race, food trucks and more. Don’t miss the tunes and balloon festival finale, featuring tethered hot air balloon rides and fireworks.
