The 2018 Kia Rio goes the extra mile for a low price

What do you get when you pay $14,000 for a new car? Seats, a steering wheel, maybe some windows that don’t require an upper body workout to operate?

The Kia Rio offers all of the above and much more. Kia’s best-selling model in Europe, the Rio features just enough power to feel zippy, just enough space to feel practical and a nicely tuned chassis for grin-inducing, go-kart handling.

Kia could’ve made a dreary donkey cart for 14 grand and still sold plenty, but they put forth the effort to create something special, and I commend them.
