Imagine if Jordan Peele insisted we classify his recent horror masterpiece “Get Out” as a comedy. We’d think this is brilliant, but wouldn’t Jordan of all people realize this isn’t a comedy?
This is how I felt driving the Maxima, which Nissan curiously brands as a “four-door sports car.” Like “Get Out,” the Maxima is excellent; but wouldn’t Nissan, creators of the GT-R and 370Z, realize this long, heavy front-wheel drive sedan is about as sporty as “Get Out” is funny?
Still, if you’re in the market for a well-rounded, luxury sedan, test a Maxima soon.
