Ponce Brown to Green

by admin

Before athenahealth and MailChimp ever thrived at the vibrant urban centerpiece Ponce City Market, a barren brownfield site once occupied the space. Without Jamestown Properties’ Jim Irwin and Arnall Golden Gregory’s John Spinrad, Atlanta’s largest adaptive reuse project may have never become a reality.

Hear the two project and legal leaders discuss the extensive rehabilitation of the 1.1 million-square-foot Ponce City Market, now a national model for historic redevelopment, at Rhodes Hall on Jan. 15.

Tickets are available here for $50, which includes a one-year membership to The Georgia Trust. Current Georgia Trust members can buy tickets at half price.
