by The 100 Companies

Forsyth County’s most anticipated mixed-use village, HALCYON, recently announced several new restaurant and Market Hall tenants. Two restaurateurs are going a step further and creating new Market Hall concepts in addition to traditional free-standing restaurant space.

Included in HALCYON’s Market Hall: Gu’s Dumplings; TOCAYO (a new concept); Kilwins Chocolate, Fudge, and Ice Cream; Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee Company; FEED Fried Chicken; and a burger concept from Chef Marc Taft.

Restaurant announcements include a second location for Butcher & Brew, an expanded new location for Never Enough Thyme, and CO-OP Community Kitchen + Table. JLL manages leasing efforts.
