Hanukkah, or Festival of Lights, celebrations begin Dec. 18 at sundown with menorah lightings, games of dreidel, gift giving and more:
• Science of Lights: Celebrate by learning all about the science of lights during hands-on educational and fun light activities at MJCCA. (Dec. 18)
• Hanukkah with the Hawks: Pre-game celebration with menorah lighting, kosher foods and raffles, followed by Hawks vs. Magic game. (Dec. 19)
• Atlantic Station: Celebrate with treats, activities and a special grand menorah lighting on the Atlantic Green. (Dec. 20)
• Hanukkah Storytime: Author Laurel Snyder will read her favorite Hanukkah-themed books and play dreidel at Little Shop of Stories. (Dec. 22)
