With the arrival of May comes one of my favorite holidays, Cinco de Mayo. This year, my fiesta will be in the safety of home. But trust me, it can be just as fun, if not more, than downing margaritas at your local Mexican spot.
First, prep beforehand by gathering all the must-have food staples – chips, guac, queso, tacos, and obviously, Margarita mix. Next, turn on your favorite salsa music and bust a move. If dancing isn’t your style, hop on a Zoom call and take a shot every time someone says, “Can everyone hear/see me?”
