Sharpie steps into sneaker culture with Under Armour

by The 100 Companies

An Atlanta-based brand is stepping into sneaker culture with a creative new collaboration. Sharpie, owned by Atlanta-headquartered Newell Brands, partnered with Baltimore-founded Under Armour on the limited-edition D. Fox x Sharpie Capsule Collection, inspired by NBA star De’Aaron Fox’s personal journey and hand-drawn sketches.

Headlined by the Fox 2 basketball shoe, the collection blends performance technology with artwork celebrating creativity and self-expression. Launched July 23, the release also includes apparel for adults and youth.

The collaboration highlights the growing trend of limited-edition sneaker drops that merge sports, fashion and storytelling, bringing bold artistic expression to athletes and sneaker enthusiasts alike.
