Atlanta has lost one of its best.

Michael Gidewon was murdered outside his popular West Midtown nightclub after kicking someone out. It was a senseless act of gun violence that has left a wife without a husband, four children without a father and a family without a brother.

Back in the day, I had the honor of handling his PR off and on for nearly 10 years, including Vision Nightclub + Lounge, Vanquish, Reign, Compound and the Gidewon Foundation. Our work together will forever be some of my favorite memories.

He was a one-of-a-kind visionary who will be truly missed.
