The recently unveiled Resurgence Grant Fund, administered by Invest Atlanta, has been created to aid local Atlanta small businesses needing help covering costs associated with operating safely during the pandemic. Up to $40,000, plus an additional credit up to $10,000 for expenses incurred for adapting operations to a post-COVID-19 environment, may be awarded.
Businesses must be active for-profit enterprises with a valid 2020 City of Atlanta business license, operated continuously since Mar. 1, 2019, with fewer than 250 employees as of Mar. 1, 2020, and incurred a documented COVID-19 related business interruption causing financial loss.
Applications open online through Aug. 31.
