Mercedes-Benz Stadium gets rid of the green

To ensure quicker lines, Mercedes-Benz Stadium is going cashless. The fan-conscious home of the Falcons and Atlanta United announced the change this year, citing successful trial runs that took place last year.

The already inexpensive prices of concessions will once again be lowered; however, an 8.9% sales tax will be added back to each item (sales tax was previously included in pricing).

Brought a pocket full of green to the game? Not to worry – the stadium will have 11 kiosks throughout to load cash onto pre-paid cards, which can be used as a debit card afterwards.
