The 34 results are uniquely powerful and worth a deeper dive. A favorite highlight was seeing the results laid out in a team grid. Who has a similar top five or 10? Where do I fit in this group? Who brings what to the table? And, how do we complement each other?
Turns out, influencing is my dominant theme and strategic my number one strength. We’re excited to learn more about our team while now integrating the results into our day-to-day.
