Eat, drink, retreat

A new year always starts with challenges of change — new promises and goals, different directions, healthier lifestyles and so much more.

With the first weeks of 2019 behind us, our team is experiencing its first-ever retreat. We’ve planned two and a half days away from the office to build an even stronger team, bond and plan 2019 for clients and ourselves. Here are things we’ve learned from going through the planning process.

– Find a cool location.

– Hire a facilitator.

– Balance work and play.

– Encourage diversity in teaming up groups.

– Provide clear communication.

– Develop goals.

– Most of all, have fun.
