It’s not your typical bowling alley. The Painted Duck is a “distinguished drinkery, duckpin bowling and gaming parlour.” The owners of The Painted Pin are at it again, bringing their unique blend of games (snookball? knuckleball?), cushy seating and 16 lanes of bowling to the Westside.
Chef Thomas Collins is serving what he calls backyard barfare with items like Thai ahi tuna, sesame shrimp, duck nuggets, brisket sandwiches and filet mignon. You can even order an entire Peking duck.
Between games, try a glass of wine, beer or classic cocktails like Frosted Duck L’orange, inspired by The Varsity’s Frosted Orange.
