“Community policing is an unconditional approach of going out and doing bizarre things in a positive manner,” Norman said. People took notice. His posts of real-life people and stories gained attention locally before CNN reached out. Now, Norman has 1.2 million followers, earning shout-outs from Snoop Dogg, T.I. and more.
