Recently, I spoke at an SMPS boot camp about trends in PR. I thought about discussing Snapchat filters and Instagram stories, but decided to go with an authenticity theme.

PR professionals are constantly looking for the next best thing, and once something gets momentum, a ton of “experts” pop up offering tips. However, PR needs to be about reaching your target audience with an authentic message. One strategy that isn’t going away: utilizing LinkedIn Publishing to humanize your leaders.

LinkedIn may not have the reach of Facebook, but publishing on the professional social networking site will reach the right people.
