One of the many valuable lessons my parents taught me was to always respect others, whether it’s the pope or someone I’ll never see again.
I’ve been happy to find that at work, respecting others is engrained in everything we do. Even on minor projects, everyone’s treated courteously. Recently, this paid off when a long-standing client stepped back from a project we were partnered on. Even though our client was no longer involved, the owner still selected us for the job because our client valued us enough to recommend New South Construction.
Being respectful is always well worth the effort.
