Who is the Least Engaged?

by

“Employee engagement” may be the biggest buzzword in HR this year, and with good reason. Surprisingly, Leadership IQ found the most productive employees are actually the least engaged. – but they’re losing motivation and are more likely to leave.

While some managers may take away that they don’t need to prioritize employee engagement, this survey proves otherwise. High performers need to see the company’s success and feel like they are valued while their skills are improving.

Before your high-performing employees move on to work for competitors, increase engagement through tactics such as cultivating a better work culture and demonstrating career growth.
