It’s a Snap

by

I never cared about Snapchat until last month.

While participating in the Atlanta BBQ Festival with my team, Under Construction BBQ, we thought our biggest attraction would be the 100 pounds of BBQ we had smoked. Instead, it was our dessert. When someone added a “snap” of our bread pudding to Atlanta’s Snapchat story, we were flooded with requests for the “Snapchat dessert” within minutes.

Social media has completely changed how relationships are built. Just because someone thought our dessert looked good and took a Snapchat of it, it was shared with thousands of people and fostered building new relationships.
