“After 25 years, I think Fulton Industrial [Boulevard] is finally turning a corner,” Paul Raulet, partner at Mailing Avenue StageWorks, recently stated.
Paul’s confidence in the area led StageWorks to expand into a local seven-acre, 119,200-SF warehouse, currently a Kawasaki distribution center. This news was received warmly by the Fulton Industrial Boulevard Community Improvement District, which is charged with the area’s beautification and economic development.
According to Atlanta Business Chronicle, the new film and television studio will feature a 40,000-SF sound stage, 45,000-SF for a mill shop and swing sets, 11,500-SF of production office space and 15,000-SF of flex space.
