A few weeks ago, I received an MBA from UGA. On day three, our class was split into groups. I knew immediately that the four others in my group would be my friends for life.
We quickly built mutual trust, because we had to rely on each other. Our grades depended on it. When I had something going on, they stepped up. I did the same for them.
Had anyone in the group closed themselves off, we would’ve failed. Our success was built on trusting relationships, now friendships, which will continue long after we threw our caps in the air.
