Winners & Losers

by

When working on budgeting and scheduling for project bids in the construction industry, I have to choose subcontractors who are the right fit for each job.

After a project is awarded and the subcontractors selected, I spend time with each of the companies that weren’t asked to join the team.

I’ve learned to treat the people who lost just as well as those who won.
