The New Year brings renewed aspirations of receiving a raise or promotion in the workplace. Unfortunately, many people incorrectly view raises as something that everyone deserves.
The biggest problems we see that hold employees back from obtaining that coveted raise are consistent performance issues, having a negative influence on the team or failing to stretch themselves.
