When it comes to resolutions, tweaking professional conduct and aspirations is just as important as personal adjustments. A few resolutions that I recommend for 2015 include:
· Never stop learning: Old dogs can learn new tricks. If you see webinars, lunch-and-learns or networking events where you can pick up new skills, don’t hesitate to expand your talents.
· Don’t settle in hiring: Be selective on who you ask to join your team. It’s worse to have a bad hire than no hire.
· Set career goals: If you want that raise or promotion, create a strategy plan to make your dreams a reality.
