Are we doing enough? Probably not.
We didn’t feel deserving this morning receiving a Volunteer of the Year award at Camp Twin Lakes’ annual meeting. So many others do much more for this nonprofit that serves children with serious illnesses. SPR’s Sarah Funderburk had a similar reaction when told she’ll be honored next week as Chapter Champion for PRSA Georgia.
We have a nagging feeling we can do more. We can. Here’s one thing we’re doing June 16-18: attending the Points of Light Conference on Volunteering and Service in Atlanta. There’s more on this event below. Join us. Let’s do more.
