When you’re the baby in a large family, as I was, you’re lucky if you knew your grandparents at all. I remember one.
Maybe that’s why I enjoy interviewing centenarians so much. I’m fortunate to have my mom healthy at age 97. I produced a video for her 90th birthday. Guess I’ll have to produce a new one when she turns 100!
Last Thursday we spent the morning interviewing 106-year-old Charlie Surry for our Crossroads video series. That afternoon we shot a video for The Atlanta 100 at the grand reopening of the 104-year-old Imperial Hotel in downtown Atlanta. Enjoy!
