Art in the City: Piedmont Park Arts Festival

Incredible art and a one-of-a-kind festival atmosphere combine with the return of the eighth annual Piedmont Park Arts Festival Aug. 19 and 20.

Named one of the top 100 arts festivals in the nation, the two-day event will feature 250 local and regional painters, photographers, sculptors, jewelers, glass blowers and leather and metalwork artisans. Festival-goers will enjoy artist demonstrations, live music, a street market, children’s play area, games, food trucks, beverages and more.

The family-friendly festival, running Saturday, 10AM-5PM, and Sunday, 11AM-5 PM, is free, open to the public and welcomes pets.
