A Date for The Prom

by

I still remember my lime green prom dress and dancing to The Tams singing “Be Young, Be Foolish, Be Happy.” We were all three.

Revisit those days with the pre-Broadway world premiere production of the musical comedy The Prom at The Alliance Theatre, running through September 25. The setting is small-town Indiana, where former Broadway stars decide to take up the cause of a prom cancelled because a student wanted to bring her girlfriend.

The cast includes Tony winners and Tony nominees. There’ll be music, there’ll be dancing, they’ll be drama. Just like you remember your own prom.
