One of my favorite fitness studios, DEFINE, just upped the ante with the addition of Bounce, a class done using mini trampolines. And no, this class is not straight out of an ’80s workout video!

This high-energy class has quickly become my favorite. The trampolines provide a high-intensity workout without the high impact on joints; it’s a tough workout without the pain I often feel in my back and hips. In between intense cardio on the trampoline, instructors lead the class through core, arm, leg and glute work using light weights.

This full-body workout is tremendously fun.
