Astonishing Finding on Meditation

by

Harvard researchers found that during meditation, the brain reallocates gray matter from our amygdalae to our hippocampi – taming our stress and anxiety and boosting our capacity for memory and emotional control. That’s right – during meditation, our brain rebuilds and optimizes itself.

The subjects meditated an average 27 minutes per day for eight weeks. More on beginner meditation techniques next week!
